The facility has diverse fiber optic paths from the following carriers connecting directly to our facility: Cogent, Astound, Hurricane Electric, Wholesail, Lumen (Centurylink/Level 3), Verizon, AT&T, NWAX, Megaport and Packet Fabric.
The facility is passively cooled to ASHRAE Class "A1" environemntal standards usign MERV 11 air filtration and seasonal evaporative cooling (June - September). This combination makes it highly improbable to have a failure related to overheating. The temperature in the data center space is maintained ibetween 67F - 82F with the typical temperature being 72F.
The facility entrance opens to a man trap and security check in. Our building was built above the 100 year flood plain on a reinforced concrete slab. The facility is monitored 24/7 by security systems with cellular and satellite based reporting. The premises are monitored via high resolution IP cameras with night vision capability. Video is recorded 24-hours a day to servers that are in a secure off-site location.
The facility has 8 diverse power feeds fed from 8 distinct transformers that have entry points on the East and West side of our building.
